French hussar

A single figure painted to see how well the brown uniform would look on a chestnut mount.





Have used flash on the photos which has best shown up the browns but has been to the detriment of the light blue breeches, am afraid!
Another element that i was unable to do anything about was the wonky sword. Any suggestions?

Maybe the brown of the uniform had to be a little bit darker, but I'm not sure

I think the dark brown goes very well with chestnut and light blue. I say go at it, the colors match and its clear.
