Kamakura Champion also has 28 votes! So we both are tied. :oops:

I want to share my golden brush with Doll Player for a great last-round-duel and for his wonderful samurai figure.

Yes another great figure to win from you Thomas. And a rather strong field for this whole competition which was excellent.

Many thanks to every body and I would like to express my gratitude to T. Dürrschmidt as you are so kind to me. You are a really knight as I saw truly chivalry in your heart.

This is a wonderful competition like a medieval tournament. At last, the samurai of 1184 has been defeated by knight of 1490 ~ :-D :-D :-D

Persistent efforts and just for fun !!

Congratulation!

What is Bennos Painting Competition? A Few Guys showing their figs and Thomas Dürrschmitt wins... :-D But this was a hard one - every entry was high level, and its a great joy to see them all.

Great respect of me Thomas for this words :notworthy: It had to be possible to share that golden brush ;-)

Congrats to both of you for a very great last round :thumbup: , and I confess, I voted for the Kamakura Champion :oops: It was a hard decision, but I voted for the figure that didn't come out of the box. On painting it was a draw for me ;-)

@Peter: Michel and me are close friends. He is just kidding!
A good idea to give the Golden Brush to both contestants when they are tied. Benno? :evil:

@Roland: Like the German saying says..."viel hilft viel" (much helps much)....I took part in nearly every competition...sometimes I won, sometimes I was punched out in the first round.

@Doll Player: Your fig is a masterpiece of conversion. Mine is only "out of box". (20mm metal figure from the "Wars of the Roses-Series" from Tumbling Dice). The metal is not painted, it is just polished with fine steel wool and a sharp knife and inked afterwards. This looks more real and helps to safe time. ;-)

@Antony: Wolves? What wolves?

@Everyone: Thanks for the congrats guys...

The wirewool looks more effective...congrats on the "joint win" :thumbup: :thumbup:
