This was my winner. Catched (?) my mood perfectly. This is how I like the winter, in a dio (or on a Christmas-card). The frosty trees made the decision the last time, that's what it looked like at home at the time. Voted for the African too, but this was the best! Couldn't have done this with 9 pints, maybe 5 I think.

the figure is a conversion of a collection of some odd figurines ;o) and its part of my new current project of an arab bazar diorama.

Congratulations- I draw my hat - a more than worthy winner-and also a nice and special "winter theme": Looking at the fig when it´s snowing all the time,makes it even more realistic!
For me personally -i´ve felt the cold!
It was also a big pleasure for me to watch all those great entries while participating the first time in a painting competition and of course i´m a bit proud to be thrown out in the first round by the later golden brush winner! Right done mate!
