Hi Folks,
my newest work. 3d printed Ford V3000 Truck in 28mm scale. It depicts a vehicle during the last months of the war when the Wehrmacht was short of supply. The truck is powered by wood gas. This was a common sight in Germany in late war and shortly after the war. The truck is towing a 5cm PAK 38 (also a bit out of time) and has some passengers in late war cold weather equipment. All figures and the vehicle are 3d printed. The brands are RKX and "Just some Miniatures". Meanwhile the 3d stuff is so lifelike and you get a huge variety of figures, vehicles and other stuff. For me it opened clearly a new level in our model hobby. I don´t own a 3d printer, so I order those figs and stuff in different online shops.
Those models often lack a bit on detail. In this case I had to "produce" the glass parts and the outside mirrors by myself. Also the bent tube connected to the holzgas oven wasn´t included,
Cheers from cold and snowy (by the end of April!!!) Northern Bavaria
