At last! a glue found suitable for soldiers...

I discovered a great breakthrough that I just need to share. I was in the need of gluing "bristle type" spears to Scottish highlanders from Mars. Superglue was no good, nor solvent. That substance to dissolve soldier plastic was expensive and not very satisfactory...

And then by chance I found the perfect stuff; two-part epoxy glue. I bought it for 1.50 GBP, it is like a double syringe, you have to mix the components. Sometimes this is quite expensive, very strong and nasty smelling, but I bought this to repair a lamp which was very cheap. It was ridiculously slow and inadequate to fix a lamp, but glorious for soldiers! just mix the glue, apply it and let it set overnight. They are wonderfully solid!

Same would apply for other weapons or bits, which usually refuse to glue to a normal soldier.

My scottish highlanders are now fearful and terrible, ready to stick their pikes at the enemy :P . Without this glue they would be laughable, spears breaking at the merest of touches.
