1/144 Diorama "88 in the desert"

Servus,

the last diorama of 2023, depicting an 88mm Flak gun of 15th Panzer Division in Africa. In the desert campaign the gun often was used in an offensive role. For this reason sometimes it was fired while still on it´s trailer. This normally was forbidden because of high wear and tear.

I used the new set by Victrix. Very versatile. You have three guns, three tractors, seated and operating crews in DAK and Wehrmacht uniforms, sandbags, spent cases, crates.....) I love those tiny models. It took me just two evenings to finish it and it takes very little space to store it (which meanwhile is quite a topic for me).

This is a little gem, the more so because of the scale employed.
