This is the last samurai for my little scene.
I find this fig very original.
A samurai who has turned gray in the service of his master.
The sword he carries so casually is a tachi(太刀).
A very large sword that was used by particularly strong men.
Now I have to see if I can get some usable group photos.

Yes, it is, Konrad. It certainly reminds me of a character from some Japanese samurai movie, I don't know if it's Ran, Heaven and Earth (Kagetora the warrior in the Spanish translation) or which one. Anyway, nice paintjob on it. :drool: :drool: :drool:

Congratulations on your motivation to paint Samurai, Konrad. The infinite colour combinations is too much choice for yours truly to find the enthusiasm to tackle these formidable, beautifully dressed warriors.
If I had to find fault I would say the head is perhaps a little bit too big.
