Horus Heresy

Posted by Kekso on 17 Jul 2022, 17:55

Inspired by latest big (re)release from Games Workshop I'll post some Horus Heresy figures here.
For start, Legion Cataphractii Praetor & Chaplain Consul painted as Sons of Horus.
You can expect some painted Sons of horus and Imperial fist tactical squad as well... I hope :xd:

Excellently painted, as always! I would say this is the type of guys we could need here at the forum to fight those idiotic spammers...

The world of Warhammer 20 000 is a secret for me, but I really like to see the figures, especially when they are so beautifully painted.

Great Sons of Horus! I'd go back to Warhammer but I don't have time for everything.

Very nice fig.
I like the dust on his shoes and coat.
I think I saw the jewelry on his helmet
on a Roman centurion before. ;-)

Not my cup of tea at all but i have to acknowledge that they are beautifully painted miniatures. Well done again Kekso. What i would have loved to see here would have been one of these grass tufts completely squashed by the weight of the Space Marine boots.

Ps/ I've tried to do it in the past with static grass underfoot regular cavalry - which in all honesty didn't really convince, but as I'm not a Warhammer fan I've never had the chance to try to accurately portray grass under such hefty boots.
