I agree completely. No matter the scale, the level of detail is the same in all the figures. My best congratulations, k.b.

The next figures I need to post on here are Francesco Messori’s amazing Napoleonics.
Little does he realise what an inspiration he was to so many of us for so long with his artistry on the Hat Website. His conversions and painted figures were exquisite. And here we are many years later and he has his own range of figures at Franznap. Now let me find my French Hussars!

Ps/ not to forget to say thank you for everyone’s kind comments

Not yet had time to finish any French hussars from Franznap but have already started cleaning them up.
In the meanwhile here are a few more photos to check out........

This is the solution i've found for basing individual figures. Use the original base, add some glue and then sprinkle fine, medium and thicker particles together with a few small pieces of wood/stones. Once they're dry they can be drybrushed with progressively lighter earth tones and an odd tuft of grass or a patch of static grass can be added depending on the ground surface/game board on which they will be moved and/or photographed. Perhaps i should post this description with accompanying photos which might demonstrate better.
