RedBox news & releases 2020 - 2024

Fantastic news, despite all war-related circumstances, RedBox/Haron have actually managed to release 4 new sets.

72142 - Ukrainian Registered Cossack Infantry 17th century

Image

52 figures in 16 poses (12 general poses plus 4 figure command-sprue)

72143 - Ukrainian Zaporozhian Cossacks Infantry 17th century

52 figures in 16 poses (12 general poses plus 4 figure command-sprue)

72144 - Ukrainian Peasant Infantry 17th century

Image

53 figures in 16 poses (12 general poses plus 5 figure command-sprue)

72150 - WWI Italian Arditi in armor

Image

40 figures in 10 poses

Personally, I'm really looking forward to an hopefully adquate set of armoured WWI Italians. :yeah:

Also still curious if RedBox will add further WWI Italians (Alpini, Bersaglieri, mountain artillery, ...), associated WWI austro-hungarian Gebirgsinfanterie (Standschützen, Landesschützen, Kaiserjäger & mountain artillery) or german Alpenkorps (with specific gear & in approtiate poses) to their WWI catalogue!?

Very nice to see that they have continued production. And they look like Derbilove sculpts too. It's nice as well that they are recognising the cossack heritage of Ukraine with these figures.

This will be quite some achievement to get these released under such awful circumstances. Congratulations to Haron and his team.

These are not from a period in time I have any knowledge of or a wish to collect, but the sculpts/poses do look really good. And the Italians in particular look very interesting.

So glad to be finally getting new sets, it's still problematic to actually purchase them though as shipping from the area is a little restricted. I might have to wait for the war to end to get these. But nice to get more cossacks and peasants.

Interesting and good-looking sets of figures. Well done to RedBox for managing to produce such sets in difficult circumstances. :yeah:

Good news. After the events of February 2022 I purchased all redbox's sets dedicated to the Cossacks. I can't wait to add these new releases to the collection.
Cheers,

Thinking about it, there's new cossacks, Red box already made like 3 sets of cossacks. That's like 5 possible boxes of cossacks. That's a lot of cossacks.

Fantastic news, against all odds the Ukrainians from Haron / RedBox managed to release another 6 new sets on a subject that received very little coverage so far.

6 sets for just one army/one period is a tremendous contribution to the hobby. Byzantine fans are going to go nuts over these.

Thanks Erich,
indeed amazing. They will certainly go well with upcoming Linear-A sets. One of these large forgotten areas gets really good coverage: 6 sets!!

They’ve certainly gone for it! Hopefully sales will reward their commitment to this era!

I want to pick up all these, I'm very impressed. I'm glad the Byzantine Empire is finally being fleshed out with plastics!
