They look like they are on the small side of 1/72, but we'll get an officer doing a jig! :-D That's always something!

Outstanding! The British attack at Ramillies 1706 can now be staged with style in our favourite scale. Bring on the French!!!

These figures really are something else. Bags of style, excellent natural poses, the sculptor has excelled themselves.

I hope they do cavalry to match these. I have some Zvezda GNW cavalry but the horses look like nags.

Even more: if Pegasus or Zvezda had made a set like this, in my opinion the best 1/72 plastic soldier companies we’ve ever had, it would have looked like this.
I especially like those stooped advancing poses. It’s a delight to see such skirmishers.

Although my interest in colonial imperialism is comparatively limited, these are terrific looking figures. Excellent skirmishing poses, indeed. :yeah:

Good looking figs. Say, could the Boers be used as Confederates and vice versa? I suppose the rifles of the Boers are too modern...

At least one of the guys on the Strelets forum is looking at those Boers for use as confederates. I think they'd work very well if you trimmed off the bolt and any bits of the rifle that really don't look like a musket. Then, if the nit-pickers take a holiday, why not?

I can't help thinking that with a bit of conversion that guy in the top hat would make an excellent Wild West 'Snake Oil' seller.

Nit pickers never take a holiday. It is one of the reasons they are nit pickers.

I like the snake oil idea...
