Crynsminiaturen Ancient Greek Sailors and Rowers

Posted by Cryns on 06 Jan 2020, 15:51

Dear Forum Members and Ancient Shipping Lovers,

Schilling-Figuren has cast 5 sets of Ancient Greeks in pewter for Crynsminiaturen.

One of these sets (Sailors SET 1) is a replacement for my Resin Cast Ancient Greek Sailors from 2019.
Four other sets are new.

All together these are 52 different figurines. Most of them have one separately cast arm that can be adjusted to the position of the oar, paddle, cable or rope these men are handling.

All sets are for sale at this moment. Info at: https://crynsminiaturen.nl

I’m already the proud owner of sets 1 and 2!

The quality of the casts is really good, but what I especially like about these figures is their versatility: they can be used in a variety of settings, not only on board of ships, but also elsewhere like operating a small crane or the like.

Why yes Mr C,has made the boats and crews to man them, and for sure as i advised long ago the figures look much better wearing cloths around certain parts. And so are worthy for all ages to buy them. What goes around comes around,i guess? Anyway the fine figures plus sail-away boats are for sale,if one can figure out a way to order them on Line good luck to you all. BB
