I needed some farm animals for my games. I am using these ones for Dark Ages orvFantasy as objectives to defend, escort or loot.

They come from the very useful 1/72 Pegasus Hobbies Farm Animals box and it contains all kind of handy animals like sheep, dogs, chickens, pigs and even piglets, donkeys, goats and cows which I will also deploy in some WWII settings.

Below you can see all the sheep contained in the box plus two dogs. The "shepherd" is a figure from Strelets.

Great work, the sheep are excellent just the right shading on the fleece. That Pegasus set is very useful.

They look very good indeed. I've had a set in reserve for the right diorama to come along. I agree those sheep are remarkably realistic in coloration which is not easy to do with anything White.

Thanks for the kind comments guys! I painted the sheep very quick with base coat of "bone", wash of Vallejo Umber which I recommend a lot as it's fantastic, and then drybrush of bone+white and final lights with pure white.

I agree, very nicely done animals. Love animals on the battlefield, especially the Pegasus set! That little dog accompanies my Portuguese ox cart everywhere.
I highly recommend you get a few of those very fine Pegasus goats painted up as well!

That is true. I use it nearly everytime, when painting figures. Also the sepia wash I like very much.

Yes, Sepia is another one I also use and it's really good.
