Hi BB,
these MUSCLE men are really surprising. Never seen these before. The biggest surprise to me is that a company like Mattel brought up such a creative collection. I thought they had these GI Joe stuff, few figures and you could always tell at a first glance who was "good" and who was "bad". These MUSCLE collection is just a total surprise. Very simple on the one hand, and then really touching about anything subject around. Were they a success?
For you, yes. For me as well.

I was a young teen when these came out in the U.S.A. My younger brother had some of them. I really did not think much of them at the time...they did not really fit in with the other toys and collectibles we had at the time.

Now I can appreciate how delightfully unique they are. And when painted well, they are simply marvelous.

Okay here's a bit of trivia if it has not been ready posted: what does the acronym M.U.S.C.L.E. stand for?

Then BB,looked it up. To confirm it! playing with letters is a good game to play.

As i close, the first ASDA Delivery spot we could manage to book on Line in 9 months arrived!

That's a very large range of figures!. Do they all have names or is it you that calls them so?

Well Peter,
They all have numbers,and yes many have names but mostly they are Anagrams !
I have written some anagram names myself for fun ,and i guess i'll do even more
along the metaphysical trail of characteristic story writing.

I'm a bit late on this thread. Excellent collection of M.U.S.C.L.E. / Kinnikuman figures! Do you intend to paint them ? One of these minis will be on display on one of the last images of my 2020 Advent Calendar

A large job lot i bought after a very large deduction was offered from the Seller.
Twenty Three out of this 28 i did not have, but the real bonus is that three are on the rare list to find.
Well upon my rare list anyway.



i need another,'Washing Tub!', to stash a few more in.
Take the label off BB.
Do that and two large areas remain very sticky to handle a touch upon.
they most certainly do. "Bah Hum Bug!" WingNut tongue twisted out.
i suppose that bb at a push could paint over it ?
There is an Invisible Man,i could paint if only i could find him.
