Thsi confirms my earlier comment: to lazy!

For once he listend to me. I said him to keep you ongoing, otherwise he would have to stay overnight. And as we have seen the pictures so far, that was your intention, to stay overnight. Well half! It was only one part of the pyjamas, that buttonshirt!  :joker:

Having a big mouth while staying in Belgium?

Dad! Dad!
We have a new subject for next years' workshop:

'How to convert a Belgian Coward into a Brave Dutchman.'

Maximum number of participants: 12. Please bring your own tools. The scale 1:1 figure will be brought in from Neerpelt by the organizers.

Only 12? I can have at least double of them! And with my FIGZ shirt on, tripple it!
Juul César told once: "Of all Gauls, the Belgians are the bravest!". :P

BTW, while we have "silly talk" over here, no new pictures posted yet? :eh:

I have found an old video of Julia Caesar and she says nothing of the sort! Don't trust comic books!

Ah, yes! We still need more pics from FIGZ!

True, but he had nothing left after he defeated us! And that was after we got out of bread and beef! Lucky for you guys! :-D

Thanks EJ! I do my very best to be there next year! I can tell you that it feels strange when you are normally at that place instead of sitting behind the PC! ;-)

And don't forget your globe next year, I want to see it!

Well i have a good Translate thingy downloaded Mr. Cryns, however I wonder if Gunnar has.

i agree more photo`s would be good. i also realise Benno hides behind the camera, while others hide behind him. So that accounts for that shot of the empty room. BB

That's very good Swedish with a little Norwegian in it. Well, you were in Värmland which is the border to Norway so nothing strange about that. I'm checking up on Julia right now (actually she is "singing" about United States of America, where Julius never went (well, he took a vacation on Hawaii once, but that's not really USA)). Here is the English Wiki-page about her (there is much more on the Swedish one (no wonder, she was in almost every movie): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julia_C%C3%A6sar

Hello,
my tree started at the workshop is finished. I wanted to share my pleasure. Nothing close to the perfect créations from Lodevijk, but much better than anything you can buy.
Anyway, here the picture. The tree is called Louis 1, sorry Lodevijk the first, the first in a long line coming up.

Dear Michael,

So nice to see your first olive tree is finished. Very well done and I am very honored it is bearing my name. I love the painted tones of the bark and base.
Are you out of my foliage? Or is there any left?

Here is my tip to improve this one a bit more: take scissors and cut the coco fibers on the outer side of the tree that look like loops, lasso's or cables. Cut them halve way in two. So one cable becomes two twig ends. Some of it will fall off, but since the spray glue and rubberisation keep both ends to the tree, they very often keep hanging where they are . After that, spray the outer twigs with glue again and add some more foliage.

I already have seen some pics you posted before of your figures. I like the ones most with medieval people dancing around a menhir stone. Was that still common in France during Christian times?
