It's a good thing you didn't ask for the French Maid.

For individual figures a camera brush with an air puffer bulb is another option.

For a whole shelf of figures, one of the guys on another forum reported that he used a motorised nylon duster. The nylon dusters with very fine, long hairs generate a static charge that attracts dust, but if you have a lot of unbased individual figures I think this might have the same effect as a double charge of cannister.

Thanks for the tip, Graeme. I never want to reinvent the wheel. I am pretty sure that most problems I run into have already been encountered, and sorted, by the veteran hobbyists of this forum. Sure enough...

Only problem is, while cleaning off the dust, I spotted some mistakes on a figure I painted 4 years ago. Aaaargh!

I am happy to read that it worked. :yeah:
And do not worry about mistakes. The way it is, not the final result. ;-)

For my figures I always use "cyberclean" putty for cleaning dust off my diorama figures. It works very good with figures and it completely removes the dust.

Thanks Thomas. If the old cosmetic brush wears out, I will give it a try.
