Good pictures, I love the abstract qualities you capture. Completely understandable given your surroundings. I would be doing that too.
cheers,

I totally agree this, fantastic!
But the most fun is your construction work, and then the fine paintwork.
When I see that on Facebook, you always make my day :P

I don't have much time for other hobby's but this year I did enter a competition
of the best Christmastree of my hometown Almelo in our local newspaper.
There where 5 winners, guess who was one of them..

Sorry it's in Dutch, but the picture must say enough....

An interesting collection of photographs: you have a talent for spotting an interesting view or scene and capturing it with your camera. This is part of the skill involved in being a photographer, especially a skilled photographer. My Brother-in-Law is similar, he takes some great photos including of wildlife in and around London, where he lives, plus sunrise/sunsets over the Thames, capturing the City of London skyline etc.

Keep up the good work!

Cool, tocayo, although I am a total neophyte about photographic technique, your photos seem very good to me. It's fun and even necessary for mental health to have a hobby outside of work. Yours is very interesting to me. In my case, I am lucky that my work is almost a hobby, which I complement fantastically with that of miniatures. ;-)

My best congratulations.

I understand your passion Santi. I used to enjoy going beneath freeway bridges and taking pictures. I liked the inversion of natural properties with man-made structures looming above the ground below. The abstract nature of these aren't everyone's cup of tea but art to me has always been about finding the beauty in everything, especially in places we don't expect it.
Cheers,

Impressive pictures! There is a lot to be said for looking upwards in a city when things are quiet, with little traffic or people to bump into! When I lived in London I would sometimes do this on a Sunday afternoon - dead quiet in the City of London at this time, and lots of interest architecturally.

What is the impressive red brick tower? A water tower perhaps? Or the lair of a fabled wizard in a more fantastic world?? ;-)
