I have a batch destined to become Spanish, I wonder where yours will end up?

Are you going to do a step by step on these figures? For some reason I like this set.

The Italeri Prussian Cuirassiers 1806/07 set is one that I would 'like to like', bit do not actually like very much. The horses are fine, big animals, and I use these regularly for large warhorses in other periods eg: TYW, WoSS, with modified horse furniture. But I have a problem with the figures...too many carbines and not enough swords for heavy cavalrymen.

However, it will be interesting to see what you make with them. I have reserved 30 or so horses and riders (with swords) as conversion material for British/KGL Peninsular Heavy Dragoons...especially now that the HaT set has proved to be such a disappointment.

Very nice and also fast painting. Which units did you present here?
I like the pictures without filters and vignettes. Imho you should avoid these artificiel adds.

Excellent painting on these figures.

The horses look nice and the troopers are super.

Best wishes,

Superb painting! I don't think I have ever seen this set painted quite as well as this. Well done!

Wow! Did you really paint 17 soldiers and horses in just 5 days time?
What a nice result....
Did you use contrast paints or anything alike or just the standard Vallejo paints I see in the back of your pictures.
I really like to know how to achieve such a fine result in such a short period of time.

Fantastic work mate! I've always loved your painting style, the muted colours look like they're out of an oil painting, very nice!

hi patrick71
so,i prime them with airbrush, stick them with carpet tape on cigarette boxes, always ready to hand....
have only vallejo and cheap acrylic paints from the action market
then I always do all with the color I just have on the brush through, so eg, red make on all the red..etc.
fine work at the end and always thin the colors, rather go over it more often
that was now about 5 hours a day
greetings to all

Very nicely painted and I must agree that is very fast. I have 200 cavalry to do for a project and anything to speed it up is helpful. Where do you get those clear display cases?
Cheers,

Your paint is very thin but I just love how it turns out. You do not lose even the minutest of details when employing this technique.

You are the anti-Bill Slavin, and it is noteworthy to me that each of your styles, although the opposite of one another, work very very well.

It's a lovely display cabinet for the models, the final effect reminds me of a museum exhibition!
