Victrix Romans Part Two

Posted by Konrad on 03 Oct 2020, 10:03

I painted the Praetorians and the Gauls.
Now I'm working on a marchcolumn with Roman legionnaires.
Mounted officers are added later.
The Romans from Victrix are really very well made and I will
certainly buy many other figures from antiquity.

Will be continued.....

True alas, but sooo dangerous for people who can't even finish their 1/72 Romans...

If your production of excellent figures in good number is any indication, I am guessing you are feeling much better.

Konrad's Romans are marching again. What a feast.
And they sing
Volaaare... oh.. oh..... Cantaaaare ... oh.. oh..oh..oh
Nel blu di pinto di bluuUUU,
Felice di stare lassu

Greetings
Michael

Very well, Konrad. They are so good as the previous ones. Now the increasing unit is more near to reach the size of a real centuria.

Best regards. :-D

Victrix is one of my favourite 28mm multipose producer, especially their Vikings and Normans.... Your Romans look excellent, Konrad!....I guess they were not easy to paint.

I heard that nobody really knows which color the tunics had in real life. So every color I think is possible...
