African militia with AK-47 and machetes?

Hello,
I wonder if there is any 1/72 set available with African militia or soldiery with machetes?
Also, I'm interested in figures that look like a modern PMC, special forces or mercenary. I know two sets from Caesar that could be useful but I'd like to know if there is something else out there, either plastic or metal.
