Yoda is doing better. He has almost regained his former radiance. In other words, he's finished for me. A better modeler than me, an amateur, would have created a more beautiful mouth area for him. But that's beyond my capabilities. I'm happy with his appearance.
I used Citadell Green Staff as a filler and Magic Sculp for modeling.
I also tried Grenn Stafff from Military (hands), but MS convinced me more. The paints are from various German manufacturers: dt.HerstellernoWaco, Folk, Citadell, and Valleyo. The fluff on the head is cotton wool pulled apart from a cotton swab. The stick is a shortened toothpick.
