Fine work, a very nice looking group of Gebirgsjager on a suitably wintery base. Well done!

A nice group of Gebirgsjager although the Caesar weaponry would benefit from some hot/cold water bending.

Mine were the same.

Keep up the good work.

Best wishes,

Chris

They look excellent but as Mr D said some bending could help make those barrels a tad less "flaccid"? Nice basing too.

Elsi usually paints ancients and fantasy figures in his distinctive and colorful style, but now we learn that his techniques also work quite well for WWII subjects!

Very nice painting. The style works excellent with those camo colors. A problem with smooth plastic figures are the bended weapons. If you put the unpainted figs for some seconds in very hot water the "plastic memory effect" helps to straighten the weapon barrels.

Great set. One of the first I've bought. Nicely painted and based. Pity for dark photos.

I agree, it's a great set. I'm using its figures as donors of heads for some conversions.

I agree, very nice work on these, although I always wish your photos were lighter!! It makes it hard to see your beautiful work.
I have painted up the same set - nice sculpts but bendy guns! I think they are the only ones out there representing these so I remember needing to do a fair number of conversions to get the heavy weapon stands I needed.

This is one of the to many WW2 German sets of Caesar I like. This one and the Afrika Korps figures are very nice! And good painted of course!
