Al-Andalus troops

Hi,
I start a series about Andalusian and Almohad troops with some HAT figurines. They are not perfect, but painting can arrange them!

Very fine paintwork, the detailing on the shields is exceptionally good. Well done !

I thought exactly the same. Are they freehand painted or have you use decals? In either, the result is amazing, atalante.

Very good straight spears without a bend to them, which i find rather unusual for Hat products. 96 Figures to a box is very cool, and so is your painting style on these few colourful Moors. Well done.
:coffee: Hopefully they are Moors? Or i'm in the wrong again. BB

Very nice troops ;) . I like your painting style, makes them different with this colour palette, very african and exotic.

Indeed, 96 figures per box is a great deal. Gives you enough troops as to paint them in many different schemes!

MOD Comment: Please give your comments in English. This is one of the rules of this forum. Thank you! Greetings Peter.

Thanks for all the positive feedback!

The shield designs are decals from TSminituren, great choice of banners and shields.

For the lances, I replace them with 1MM brass rods with milliput spearheads cut by myself.

Thanks for the infos, but please remember: Our common language here is English. ;-) :yeah:
