Second Battle of Porto 12th May, 1809

Posted by Bill Slavin on 31 Oct 2021, 14:20

I don't usually post pictures from my battle reports here but as a follow up to my Building Porto post I thought some might like to see how the table looked once all the soldiers had arrived. I thought the table photographed well and I managed to get some good shots. The entire battle report with loads more photos can be seen here if you are interested:

Very nice indeed Bill.

Good battle report with some really busy scenes.

I love the cliffs.

An excellent combination of quality war games scenery and figures.

Best wishes,

Chris

Thanks, Chris. Yes, I thought the cliffs worked well, considering I was just wanting to use material on hand - it was a fun table to problem solve. Up until now my sheet leading has always been hidden under a cloth!
