Russi turkisch & 1st/2nd balkan wars

Working on my DBA project i stumbled across DBN, i have a lot of legtover Napoleonics from the Waterloo project and figured i could use them to make some DBN armies, since DBN is based on DBA it would allow me to use the same terrain and the rules are similar so no big learning gap there..

Now i’m wondering would DBN also work form the Russo-Turkish war snd or for the first and second Balkan war.
Or is there something similar, based on the DBA or equally simple as i’m only a wargaming novice.

Any ideas ?
