Elementary! :-)
I practised my new 10mm and 6mm painting schemes on 1:72 figures.

For this duel, I thought Mr. X's entry was very well painted and had a better photograph but the photo of sho's entry was good enough to show that I liked the colour scheme and the painting style so that's the one I voted for.

When Sho told us he was the challenger I thought he'd done a great job painting a figure not in his usual scale; it turns out he's been doing it all year!

I did wonder if there were two Mr. X's this year because Mr, X seemed to have several different painting styles which meant each duel was a surprise.

Congratulations Sho, I think your stint as Mr. X has been an awesome achievement and great entertainment. :yeah:

Thanks! :-)
Yes, my best work in my own style was Italian Velite. It lost the duel.
Other figures were search for new style, as I found out that my 10mm figs don't look good in 15mm painting style. Prussian 10mm Landwehr are in new style and looks good.

I especcially liked the gold digger figure, Remco send to me for December duel. It is almost in 15mm scale.
But I discovered on photo, that I forgot to shadow the body. Now the face are like from the other world.

Hello Sho!
Never expected you as Mr. X! I had a great time with you this year and with the Zvezda Russian Infantry. Thanks for your engagement and you did a good job.

This was a another great duel! And a very fun ending with Sho duelling with himself! Was quite fond of the red one so I voted on Boki. Or was that Mr X? :-D :-D :-D
