I like the bases better than the faces. But the colors are bold. As game pieces seen from a bit of a distance? Perfectly servicable.

Took a while before I understood the title ... :-D Been a while since I read Pratchett. I like the figures. A lot. Who made them?

The bases are my usual "paint & dip" into my mix of sand, scatter, tea leaves and odds & ends. The figures are for playin' not displayin' - and look better "in the flesh". :)

The figures are conversions from a right old mix of 1/72 Strelets/Linear B, Airfix, Red Box, HaT, Caesar, Mars, Dark Alliance, an HO/OO model railway bod, a "Lucky Toys Minis" dragon and a couple of 15mm metals...

I'm still feeling my way with Green Stuff (it probably shows) but they're not too bad - and will do for the games planned.

There's a whole squad of Red Box, Revell, Strelets, Airfix & metal NPC figures also painted up for the game, but they're really just paint jobs of the "vanilla" figures..

Hello Denyer,
now that you say it I reckognize the Airfix Robin Hood classics and some of the Streletz and Linear B figures.
Conversions are good, certainly good enough for D&D games and alike
I see that you had fun

Good sharing
Michael
