I loved his project on the Ming Emperor, shame he doesn't update it very often.

Fantastic miniatures, the freehand on the banners, the neat regularity of the scale armour.

I wonder, does the Chinese 1/72 scene have its own way of doing things? I know you have your own locally sourced minis but do people have their own forum where they trade tips and pictures? Or is it mostly on WeChat?

Many model forums in China , but 1:72 history forum I used to log on has been closed,it was named ‘War in Hands’, member DollPlayer introduced that we had hold ‘Mongol Invasion 2013 ‘and ‘Battle of Borodino 2012 ‘
Each gathering there were more than ten people with their more than one thousand of models made up a large scene
You may not be able to access majority of our forums? just as I cannot see about half of the pictures in this forum. :xd:
Now more people like to post on Baidu forum, it is the most basic free forum in China, the biggest search engine also.
WeChat it's just easy to organize activities

Though‘War in Hands’ was permanently closed by fees and money matters, the theme of our next gathering is Japan's Warring States period,we had assembled 20+ Daimyos already , date is set for 2024.I would make and take Tachibana Muneshige's army to join the war

Per the usual the figures are gloriously rich in color and superbly painted. The horses however seem a tad stylized in comparison .

I am still a big admirer of DollPlayer's work. He is an exceptional modeller, and a great painter.

Men with scale armor holding pikes or padded Armor with thickly dotted rivets on horses were 3D printed by "rayloryan",you might find that they were a little thin , heads were a little small, because models in 1/72 need enlarge head and hands,I made a few fixes and changes.
Majority of masters were made or changed by greenstuff. So five years had past, I'm not doing this again
I swear
Never again :xd:

I went through it and really thank you for sharing is so much detail. I love your use of colors and the poses you made are dynamic and expressive. I want to see it all together to see the full scope of what you have planned here.

Are you making this for a table top game? or massive diorama?

I gleamed you used vallego paints and I may have to try a set, the colors seems to show nicely without too thick of paint build up.

Thank you once again!
