My suggestions goes slightly into another approach. You have the possibility to make more 3-dimensional poses - no mould. You can make many action poses such as :
- running
- escaping
- climbing
- falling
- close-fighting
- casualties
Such poses are often difficult and therefore less than perfect from standard plastic figures makers. I see your definite niche in making such specialized sets. They could be called "forlorn hope", "broken by cavalry attack", "in-town fighting", etc. The unit can be anything adapted to good scenarios. This approach opens many new sets. When the figures are exciting and the scenario not too far-fetched people will like it.
I Agree with you Michael Robert.
Reduce to reality.
