Not a sculptor? I beg to differ, compadre. The scales on the hide alone are enough to earn you that title, to my eyes.

The black skin, very white, sharp teeth, and protruding red tongue call to mind comic book villain Venom from the Spiderman series.

Seriously mate, that's not bad at all. I especially like the wings, they look really good.

One idea I have seen - and it saves on materials for the future. is to shape the core of your of your armature from silver foil scrunched up to shape. You then cover that in your sculpting material. Your way works as well.

this was an old job left aside for over 10 years

but i should lengthen the legs at least 10mm and add two more small fangs .... before i didn't know how to use grenn stuff or milliput .... now i could try fixing it better
